Rules
House Rules
Read carefully
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 3:00 pm and check-out must be completed by 11:00 am. If you require a flexible schedule, please contact us in advance.
Quiet Period: According to Portuguese law, noise is strictly prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Respect the rest of the building's neighbors in the common areas.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Parties and Events: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people who are not included in the official reservation are completely prohibited.
Tobacco / Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the outside balcony, using the ashtray provided.
Trash: We ask that you do not accumulate rubbish in the apartment. You can deposit the bags in the urban collection containers located on the street, to the left of the building's main door.

Use the remote control on the wall of the room. To cool the room in summer, select "Cool" mode (snowflake icon) and set to 22°C. We ask that you turn off appliances whenever you leave the apartment to avoid wasting energy.
Cooktop
To turn on the hob in the kitchen, press the "Power" button for 2 seconds. Place the appropriate pan on the cooking zone and adjust the power using the "+" and "-" buttons. The hob has a safety system that switches off automatically if no container is detected.
Washing machine
Step by Step for Use:
1. Loading the Clothes: Open the drum door and place the clothes inside without exceeding the capacity limit (always leave a free space at the top for the washing to be effective). Make sure your pockets are empty.
2. Detergent and Softener: Open the detergent drawer (located in the upper left corner):
- Compartment I: Detergent for pre-wash (if necessary).
- Compartment II: Detergent for the main wash (liquid or powder).
- Compartment with the flower icon (🌸): Fabric softener.
Note: If you use Gel detergent capsules, place them directly at the bottom of the drum before inserting the clothes.
3. Program Selection: Rotate the central knob to choose the desired program. We recommend:
- "Quick" program (15/30 min): Ideal for refreshing lightly soiled clothes.
- "Cotton" or "Eco 40-60" program: Ideal for everyday clothes.
4. Cycle Start: Press the "Start/Pause" button. The door will automatically lock for security reasons and the cycle will begin. 5. End of Washing: When the program ends, you will hear a beep and the panel will indicate "End" or "0:00". Wait approximately 1 to 2 minutes until you hear the door unlock click before trying to open it.
⚠️ Important Warnings:
- Please hang out the clothes as soon as the cycle is finished to avoid the formation of bad odors.
- Make sure you unplug the device or press the off button after use.
- If you have any questions or if an error code appears on the screen, contact us immediately via customer support on the panel.
