- Visits must be previously authorized by the host and registered at the reception

Checkout must be done by 12pm. Leave the remote control on the counter and inform the host as soon as you leave the apartment, please.

Upon arrival, access to the condominium through the garage must be done using the password sent via WhatsApp.
There will be a remote control in the apartment to facilitate other access. Don't forget to leave it in the apartment again at checkout.

Staying with Pets
- We accept up to 2 small or medium-sized pets, at no additional fee
- In common areas of the condominium, keep your pet on a leash and use the service elevator
- The tour can be taken in the square in front of the building; There is a bag dispenser at the entrance
- We leave a food, water fountain and a bed in the bedroom closet.
- Pets don't get on the bed or sofa - we put a blanket aside for them on the armchair
- Pet shop and 24-hour veterinarian are three blocks away (see Local Tips)

Where to park
Access through the side street gate and park in space 320 at the end of the parking lot.

To turn on the Fischer induction cooktop, place a compatible pan with a magnetic bottom in the center of the cooking zone, press the "On/Off" button for one second (it may emit a beep). Select the desired mouthpiece, adjust the power from 1 to 9 using the "+" or "-" buttons. Make sure the security lock is deactivated (hold the padlock for 3 seconds).
After use, the letter H on the panel indicates that the device is still hot, so care must be taken to avoid burns.
